Cassandra Leyden PE is the Head of Engineering at WeWork, overseeing building engineering initiatives for global design and productization. Cassandra has extensive experience in MEP engineering, fire & life safety, and indoor air quality. Previously, Cassandra held roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Arup, where Cassandra designed HVAC systems for various projects. Cassandra also worked as a Sustainability Consultant and Mechanical Engineer at the University of Kansas. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas.
