Chris Marrion Pe

Chris Marrion PE, F-SFPE, MScFPE, NFPA, serves as the Director of Fire & Life Safety Engineering at WeWork since June 2022, focusing on developing innovative workplace environments. As the CEO and Principal Fire/Disaster Management Consultant of Marrion Fire & Risk Consulting PE LLC since January 2011, Chris has established a leading global consultancy in fire and disaster risk management. Previous experience includes significant roles at Arup Fire, where strategic expansion into the North American market occurred, and FireTech in Switzerland, directing fire engineering initiatives. Chris began a career in fire protection engineering with FIREPRO Incorporated and has conducted extensive research on fire detection systems at Simplex Grinnell LP. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
