Danielle Bonilla

Danielle Bonilla, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Partner and Member Support Senior Lead at WeWork, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for the Employee Community Group We of Color, managing a team for Member Support, and overseeing inclusion and diversity initiatives. With a diverse background spanning roles in community leadership, operations, and employee engagement, Danielle has successfully supervised multi-disciplinary teams and enhanced member experiences across various sectors. Previous experience includes positions at ADP as a Benefit Services Specialist II, where Danielle specialized in benefit administration and compliance, alongside roles in e-commerce and recruitment. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Florida International University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.
