Erion Isufi has extensive experience in technology support and engineering, currently serving as Senior Lead of End User Support at WeWork since November 2021, following a tenure as Lead of End User Support EMEA. Prior to WeWork, Erion worked at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Desktop Support Engineer and at Cisco from January 2015 to November 2019, where roles included LTSC Team Lead and Telepresence Engineer, focusing on remote engagement solutions across Europe. Earlier experience includes a position as Bar Supervisor at The Luminar Group from March 2010 to January 2014. Erion holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Games and Programming Skills from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from West London College.
