Gianna DelliCarpini

Gianna DelliCarpini is the current Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Global People Team at WeWork. Gianna has over seven years of experience in human resources and organizational change management.

DelliCarpini started their career in 2011 as an intern for Asurion, a company that provides insurance for consumer electronics. Gianna then worked as a consultant for Capgemini Consulting, where they advised clients on strategy and implementation for organizational transformation projects. In 2014, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant. There, they designed and deployed Employee Experience programs to support employee and operational readiness through strategic communications, change management and leader/employee engagement for organizational alignment.

DelliCarpini has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

Gianna DelliCarpini has an MBA from Vanderbilt University in Human & Organizational Performance and Strategy. Gianna also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University. Gianna is certified from The Leadership Consortium (TLC) in the TLC Leaders Program Certificate of Completion.
