Gladys Bonyad

Gladys Bonyad is an experienced professional with a diverse background in yoga instruction, social media coordination, and community engagement. Currently self-employed as a Yoga Teacher and serving as a Social Media Coordinator at Sofar Sounds since December 2024, Gladys has previously held roles at Lolë Brands, where responsibilities included community outreach and social media management. Gladys also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Yoga Vieux Montreal and served as an Account Manager at SourceKnowledge, advocating for clients and coordinating marketing campaigns. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Multimedia Journalism from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University.
