Isabel D'Souza

Isabel D'Souza currently serves as the Global Marketing Events & Partnerships Lead at WeWork, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include planning and executing global marketing initiatives. Previously, Isabel was the UKI Events & Activations Lead at WeWork, focusing on organizing the Elevated Events programme for the UK and Ireland. Prior experience includes a role as Office Manager & Front of House at St Luke's London, where fostering a collaborative work environment was a key focus. As Arts & Events Manager at Act IV, Isabel coordinated over 10 globally recognized projects while building strategic relationships with stakeholders. Additional event experience includes roles at Bazaar Events, HogSozzle Music Festival, The Theatre Chipping Norton Ltd, and Ascot Racecourse. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from Cardiff University, completed in 2019, and attended Oxford High School from 2009 to 2016.
