Jane Wang

Jane Wang is currently the VP, Legal and Global Head of Corporate at WeWork. Jane serves as a trusted advisor to the board of directors, provides legal advice on public listing processes, oversees SEC reporting and strategic transactions, advises on investor relations matters, and manages executive compensation and benefits. Prior to WeWork, Jane worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, specializing in Executive Compensation and Benefits. Jane holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
