Kate's earlier roles include positions at Throwbacks Bar and Grill, AT&T, and Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where they developed skills in communication and problem-solving. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College and served as a Diplomat Corps Board Member, enhancing the admission experience for prospective students.
