Rashid Sauma

Rashid Sauma serves as the General Director for Central America and the Caribbean at WeWork since July 2019, previously holding the positions of Director of Global Franchise Operations and General Manager for Costa Rica. Prior experience includes roles at Diageo from February 2012 to June 2019 as Brand Manager for Ready to Drinks in Central America and the Caribbean, as well as for Non-Scotch Brands in Costa Rica. Rashid's career began at Red Bull, where marketing roles included Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Specialist from January 2006 to January 2012. The professional journey commenced at IBM as an Executive Management Assistant in 2005. Rashid holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and a Licenciatura in Business Administration from Universidad Fidélitas.
