Ryan Jans

Ryan Jans currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Sales for the UKI and Emerging Markets at WeWork, a position held since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Broker Partnerships team and overseeing significant real estate portfolios. Previous roles within WeWork include Senior Portfolio Director for UK&I and Head of Sales in South Africa, focusing on revenue performance and stakeholder alignment. Before WeWork, Ryan gained extensive experience at JLL as a Corporate Real Estate Advisor, and in various senior roles at OFyt, M&C Saatchi Abel, and Ogilvy UK. Educational qualifications include an MBA from GIBS Business School, a Property Development Programme from the University of Cape Town, and a BCom in Management Science from Stellenbosch University.
