Sara Pardelhas

Sara Pardelhas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community management, event planning, and catering sales within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Cluster Community Manager for WeWork in Lisbon and Madrid since May 2022, Sara has successfully managed the opening of the first building in Portugal and leads teams focused on operational and financial management, customer relationships, and community development. Previously, Sara held positions such as Spa Director and Director of Catering Sales at Penha Longa Resort, and Senior Manager Events for Marriott International, overseeing event operations across Europe. Additional experience includes various roles at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, where Sara excelled in managing meetings and events, and early hospitality experience at W Barcelona. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Event Management from Les Roches.
