Scott Crawford

Scott Crawford has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Manager in both Compensation and People Operations at WeWork since February 2020, after progressing through roles including Senior Lead, People Operations. Prior to this, Scott worked as an HRIS Analyst at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds from May 2016 to February 2020 and held various analytical positions at Korn Ferry Hay Group between September 2012 and May 2016. Earlier career roles included Financial Assistant and Office Assistant at Weill Cornell Medical College, as well as an intern at Everything Channel and a Graduate Assistant at Hofstra University. Scott earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University.
