Tamara Winschiers

Tamara Winschiers is a seasoned professional in community management and event coordination, currently serving as the Senior Community Lead for WeWork in Hamburg since February 2021. In this role, Tamara supports the Community Manager across the market and focuses on overall market development. Previous positions at WeWork include Community Lead, where responsibilities encompassed building operations, expense management, event organization, vendor relations, and customer satisfaction, as well as mentoring new team members. Tamara's diverse experience includes internships in event management and marketing, along with roles in childcare, athletics administration, and coaching with notable organizations such as Be Event Group, BudgetBikes, NIST International School, and Chelsea Football Club.
