Tinika Green

Tinika Green is an experienced professional in the hospitality and community management industries, currently serving as Community Lead at WeWork since April 2022. Previously, Tinika was the Studio Operations Manager at Reflections Center for Conscious Living & Yoga from June 2018 to July 2021, and held the position of General Manager at The Cannibal from June 2013 to June 2018. Tinika's career includes significant roles at Union Square Hospitality Group as Assistant General Manager & Beverage Director and Beverage Manager from September 2011 to February 2013, where responsibilities included maintaining beverage lists and conducting educational seminars. Tinika began at The Iron Monkey in October 2001, rising from server to bartender and ultimately General Manager by January 2003, managing the restaurant’s beverage program. Tinika is also recognized as a Certified Cicerone and Beer Sommelier.
