Vanita Puri

Vanita Puri is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director and Head of EMEA Compliance at WeWork since April 2023, overseeing legal compliance for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region. Prior to this role, Vanita Puri held multiple positions at BAT from January 2013 to March 2023, including Head of Compliance for the North Western European Area, Head of Legal for the UK and Ireland, and Legal Counsel for the UK and Ireland. Earlier in the career, Vanita Puri worked as a Solicitor at UK Mail Ltd, providing general legal counsel and negotiating commercial contracts, after gaining experience as a Trainee Solicitor at Bray & Bray Solicitors and as a Paralegal at Eversheds. Vanita Puri obtained a Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree from The University of Law and an LLB (International) degree in Law from the University of Leicester, also studying Law at Rhodes University.
