Bayan Dabbagh has a diverse professional background with experience in translation, monitoring and evaluation, and educational volunteer work. From August 2018 to August 2020, Bayan worked as a translator for Ureed.com. Subsequently, engagements included volunteering with the Syrian Youth Assembly and Syria Trust for Development while holding a position as an MEAL officer. From March 2020 to May 2023, Bayan served as M&E Supervisor for Global Surveys, overseeing tasks for the WFP. Currently, Bayan is employed as a MEAL Officer with WeWorld Onlus since June 2023. Academically, Bayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Aleppo and a Master in Quality Management from the Syrian Virtual University.
