Alyssa Schmidt

Alyssa Schmidt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alyssa started their career at Gate City Bank as a Customer Service Representative from January 2012 to October 2013. Alyssa then joined Border States and worked as a Supply Chain Services Intern from January 2014 to July 2014. Later, they held roles as SCS Project Associate from August 2014 to December 2015 and SCS Project Specialist from January 2016 to October 2016. Alyssa then transitioned to WEX, where they started as a Business Analyst from October 2016 to August 2019. Alyssa was promoted to Senior Business Analyst and held the role from August 2019 to August 2020, after which they became a Partner Development Manager from August 2020 to November 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Health Plan Sales at WEX since November 2022. In their current role, Alyssa is responsible for the overall strategy and new sales execution in the Health Plan vertical, connecting Health Plans with WEX's financial technology solutions for various offerings.

Alyssa Schmidt completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at North Dakota State University from 2008 to 2013. Alyssa also obtained additional certifications such as Integrity Service Facilitator and Integrity Selling Facilitator from Integrity Solutions in 2019, and High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie of North Dakota in 2015.
