Andrew Connolly

Andrew Connolly is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in platform reliability and technical support. Currently serving as Director of Platform Reliability at WEX since February 2020, Andrew streamlines Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategies and defines critical operational metrics. In a prior role as Director of Technical Support, Andrew managed the integration of SRE principles to achieve technical goals. Andrew's previous experience at Tyler Technologies spanned over 13 years in roles such as Hosting Services Team Lead and IT Analyst, where responsibilities included managing the hosting services lifecycle and providing support for complex SaaS environments. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Elms College.
