Brian Hough

Brian Hough, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and proposal writing. Currently serving as a Proposal Writer for North American Mobility and WEX Health at WEX since August 2019, Brian has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Frostburg State University and as the Department Chair and Assistant Professor of Communication at the University of Jamestown. Previous roles include Assistant Professor of Communication at Frostburg State University and Advisor at North Dakota State University, where Brian taught foundational courses and supported students. With a background in radio as an On Air Personality and Creative Director for nearly two decades, Brian combines expertise in audio production, client relations, and creative writing with an educational foundation that includes a Ph.D. in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ohio University and a Master's Degree from North Dakota State University.
