Bryan Luciano

Bryan Luciano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, customer service, and management. Currently serving as an Incident Management Specialist at WEX since February 2008, Bryan has held multiple roles including Manager of North American Fleet Service Operations and Senior Team Lead, where responsibilities included developing training materials and managing instructional staff. Prior experience includes supporting and training customer service representatives, resolving customer complaints, and engaging in non-profit organizing to educate college students on tax credits. Bryan holds a BA in History from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Maine at Augusta.
