Danielle Dane

Manager, Customer Retention & Analytics

Danielle Dane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer retention, marketing, and analytics within WEX since August 2011. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Retention & Analytics, Danielle has developed and executed strategies to enhance Small Business customer retention and lifecycle management by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previous roles include Sr. Team Leader for Customer Activation & Retention, Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager for Lead Generation, and Marketing Project Manager, all contributing to WEX's fleet management and marketing initiatives. Prior to WEX, Danielle worked with the Maine Island Trail Association and the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce in membership services and marketing, respectively. Danielle holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Analytics from The Roux Institute at Northeastern University, an MBA in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Merrimack College.
