Danielle Trainer

Danielle Trainer is a Client Support Specialist at WEX since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in client and mental health support roles. Previously at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, Danielle served as both Psychiatric Support Staff and Training Specialist, providing clinical support for over 30 providers, managing daily operations at a high-acuity clinic, and developing a comprehensive training plan for new staff. Danielle's earlier positions include Recruiting Assistant for Seyfarth Shaw LLP at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where excellent coordination resulted in a full-time offer, and various administrative roles at D'Amore-McKim School of Business and other organizations. A graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business in Music Industry Management and a Master’s degree from Northeastern University, Danielle excels in communication, training, and organizational operations.
