David Gess

David Gess has had a diverse range of work experience. David started their career at Border States Electric, where they worked as an Inventory Planner & Marketing Lead and later as a Customer Financial Services representative. In 2012, they joined Discovery Benefits as a Senior Regional Director, focusing on developing new business and building strong relationships with consultants and brokers. David then transitioned to the role of Vice President, Sales - Northeast at both WEX and Discovery Benefits. In these roles, their main responsibilities were leading new business development through the broker and consultant channel in the Northeast region and cultivating strong relationships with partners. David aimed to deliver industry-leading value through simplified solutions and exceptional service.

David Gess attended Moorhead High School from 1997 to 2001. David then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Organizational Communication from Concordia College, completing it in 2005. In 2007 to 2008, they furthered their education by obtaining an MBA with a focus on Management from the University of Mary.
