Kim Ford

Kim Ford has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on regulatory matters and corporate payments. Kim has held various leadership positions at WEX, including Vice President of Legal - Global Regulatory and Vice President of Legal - Corporate Payments. In these roles, they oversaw legal support for WEX's services and managed the delivery of legal services to the Corporate Payments line of business globally. Prior to their time at WEX, Kim worked at ANZ as a Senior Manager and Senior Lawyer in various areas, including loyalty and consumer cards. Kim also has experience as a General Manager at Paddy's Bricks and as a Solicitor at DLA Phillips Fox. Kim's expertise lies in regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management.

Kim Ford completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from LaTrobe University between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences in Clinical Psychology from LaTrobe University from 1992 to 1994. In 2019, Kim Ford obtained a certification in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School.
