Laurilyn Dowling has extensive experience in compensation and legal fields, currently serving as a Consultant for Global Compensation Programs at WEX since February 2019. In this role, Laurilyn focuses on various aspects of compensation support, including market research and incentive design. Prior to WEX, Laurilyn held multiple positions at Sprint from August 1997 to June 2017, culminating as Director of Sales Compensation & Incentives, where Laurilyn managed compensation plans for 16,000 sales employees and a $272 million budget. Earlier roles included legal positions with a focus on employment law and litigation, highlighted by a Judicial Law Clerk position for the Honorable D. Brook Bartlett.
