Mark Dolphin

Mark Dolphin is currently retired as of May 2020. Prior to their retirement, they had extensive experience in various roles. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at WEX as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology Standards and Practices. Their responsibilities included managing and advancing Technology programs and strategic initiatives, as well as leading the development of the Technology Program Office. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at Bank of America in multiple roles, including Online Banking and Mobile ePayments Executive. In this role, they established a digital platform payment strategy and drove critical online payment initiatives. Mark also served as the Merrill Lynch Transition Executive, managing the integration efforts for the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch merger. Additionally, they held the positions of SVP: Online Brokerage Product Executive and SVP: Transition Executive at Bank of America. In these roles, they directed the conversion of Fleet online banking customers to the Bank of America platform and managed eCommerce conversions and re-branding efforts.
