Matt MacKenzie is currently serving as the Legal Director for Global Privacy and Data Protection at WEX, Inc., where they focus on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI legal issues. Previously, Matt held various roles including Senior Counsel for Data Privacy at Leidos and Associate at Venable LLP from 2014 to 2019. They also gained significant experience as a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland. Matt studied Political Science at Davidson College and is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Maryland School of Law.
