Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and project management within the non-profit and benefits administration sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant for Adaptive Leadership at Northwest Minnesota Synod, ELCA, and Co-Chair for the Lutheran Lakeside Capital Campaign, Matthew has a proven track record in raising funds and enhancing leadership capabilities for organizations. Prior roles include Partner Sales Director at WEX, where Matthew expanded sales efforts in CDH Benefit and COBRA administrative services, as well as significant experience in HRIS analysis and operations within Altru Health System. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary, complementing a background in political science from Luther College.
