Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is the President & CEO of WEX. Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining WEX, Ms. Smith was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP, where they worked for six years. Ms. Smith also served as an auditor at Baker, Newman & Noyes LLC for one year.

Ms. Smith has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maine and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Melissa Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Maine.
