Nicholas Gratton

Nicholas Gratton currently serves as a Data Center Operations Technician and Operations Specialist at WEX since April 2022 and has been a self-employed consultant since January 2020. Gratton's culinary journey includes roles as an Executive Chef at Pure and Whole and Nolka, along with experience as a Seasonal Chef at Mount Nevis Hotel. Earlier positions include Sous Chef at Earth at Hidden Pond and Chef de Partie at both Arrows Restaurant and MC Perkins Cove, as well as Kitchen Manager at Home Plate Restaurant.
