Rashmi Hettige

Rashmi Hettige is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region at WEX since February 2022, bringing over a decade of extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Previously, Rashmi held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at LOLC Holdings PLC, overseeing group training, development, and HR operations across Southeast Asia, Africa, and the MENA regions. Earlier roles include HR Specialist at Accenture, leading talent acquisition for Brandix Group, and Assistant Manager roles in recruitment and learning and development at Hayleys Group. Rashmi began a professional career as a Recruitment Consultant at Excelior Pty Ltd and as a Business Consultant for Telstra Corporation in Australia. Academic qualifications include a Master of International Development from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Monash University.
