Reggie Sommer

Reggie Sommer is a financial executive and board member with more than twenty five years of leadership in the high technology and accounting industries. Most recently, they served as Chief Financial Officer for Netegrity, Inc., a publicly held provider of security software for the enterprise. They currently serve on the Board of Directors of WEX, Inc., and previously served on the Board of Directors of ING Direct, SoundBite Communications, and Insulet Corporation. They began their career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1980 and earned a Magna cum Laude bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.
