Sam Berman

Sam Berman is a Software Development Engineer II at WEX since July 2022, with prior experience as a Software Development Engineer I at the same company. Berman has been a Lieutenant and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at the Cape Elizabeth Fire/Rescue Department since October 2017, and served in various roles including Information Services Officer and Firefighter. At Tufts University, Berman worked as a Teaching Fellow and Teaching Assistant in the Introduction to Computer Science course, coordinating and implementing course structure and content, leading lab sessions, and grading assignments. An internship as a Front End Software Developer at Advisor360° in 2021 involved developing web applications using Angular and collaborating in an Agile environment. Berman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University, earned in 2022, and previously attended Cape Elizabeth High School, graduating in 2018.
