Sandy Kuohn

Sandy Kuohn is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer currently leading HR strategy at WEX and serving on the Executive Leadership Team at City National Bank. Previously, Sandy played pivotal roles in various organizations including Huntington National Bank, TCF Bank, and Urban Science Applications, successfully managing HR functions, merger and acquisition initiatives, and culture transformations. Sandy’s expertise spans international HR strategy, talent development, and change management, marked by a significant history of enhancing organizational performance and leadership engagement. Currently, Sandy continues to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with Honors from Michigan State University.
