Sarah Andreozzi

Sarah Andreozzi, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Director of AI Workforce Enablement at Wex, where they strategically drive the organization's AI readiness through talent development initiatives. Previously, Sarah held various roles including HR Business Partner at Commonwealth Financial Network and paralegal positions at multiple law firms. With a BA in Corporate Communications and a minor in Sociology from the College of Charleston, they have cultivated a passion for culture, engagement, and development throughout their career. Sarah has also contributed to underserved populations through volunteer work in audiology and general medical care in Central America.
