Spencer Bauer

Spencer Bauer, MBA, DASM, is a seasoned software development manager currently leading a team at WEX since April 2024, focusing on Agile development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product delivery. Spencer has an extensive background in leadership roles across various companies, including Members Cooperative Credit Union, where skills in culture transformation and digital service development were honed, and CoreLink Administrative Solutions, where participation in Agile transformation initiatives was key.
