Susan Burnham

Susan Burnham is a seasoned Program Manager at WEX, specializing in Data Analytics and Risk Transformation since August 2020. In this role, Susan has led cross-functional teams to enhance credit adjudication processes, yielding significant profitability improvements, and has served as a Scrum Master, fostering Agile practices within a newly formed team. Prior to WEX, Susan held the position of Director of Technology Capability Management at Unum from 2017 to 2018, overseeing multiple teams responsible for Salesforce and web application development while mentoring Scrum Masters and teams in Agile methodologies. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire, following education at Northfield Mount Hermon.
