Terry Delmonte

Terry DelMonte has a strong background in infrastructure engineering and management. Terry started their career in the US Navy, serving on the U.S.S. COWPENS CG-63 from 1988 to 1992. Terry then joined Hannaford Bros. Co., where they held various roles in mainframe services and computer operations supervision from 1992 to 2009.

DelMonte then transitioned to Delhaize Group as a Director, managing IT network and platforms globally from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they successfully led a $7M program for the creation of a global Active Directory forest and Exchange Messaging organization, consolidating multiple systems into a single global organization.

In 2013, DelMonte joined Unum as a Director, focusing on enterprise infrastructure architecture and network operations. Terry stayed with the company until 2016.

Since 2016, DelMonte has been working at WEX, starting as Director of M&A Integration and Global Customer Service. Terry then progressed to Senior Director and later Vice President of Global Infrastructure Engineering, leading initiatives such as the migration of legacy platforms to AWS and Azure, resulting in significant cost savings and organizational alignment.
