Wexford Developments is a multi-national real estate investment, development and management company.

Since 2014, we’ve invested in, developed, and managed projects across all asset classes in North America. We’re not mass developers—you’ll never see us build the same project twice. Our growth is driven by new developments, strategic acquisitions, and a reputation for strengthening the communities where we operate.

Our involvement spans every aspect of the business, including acquisition, zoning, servicing, development, marketing, leasing, and sales. This hands-on approach builds deep knowledge of the people we serve, the partners we collaborate with, and the stakeholders we engage. Diverse in capabilities and distinct in approach, the team strives to develop ecologically sensitive buildings by achieving environmental certifications and prioritizing efficiency, sustainability, and impeccable design.

We are an entrepreneurial team engaged in projects at every scale, from a 300-acre master planned land development to a 28-storey urban residential rental building. Each initiative is designed to make meaningful contributions to cities and communities, whether by creating amenity spaces in industrial parks, commissioning local artists for public works, or rehabilitating contaminated sites.

High-quality, innovative, and thoughtfully designed projects are delivered in places where people love to live and work. By combining unique architecture, natural elements, and strong design principles, we create lasting value creation that find a balance between financial returns to investors and beautiful contributions to the markets we serve.
