Ali Seals

Ali Seals serves as the Senior Director of Alternative Acquisitions at Weyerhaeuser, leading the company's small and mid-size acquisitions program with an emphasis on properties that complement existing timberland holdings and exploring alternative property uses. With extensive legal expertise, Ali has held multiple roles within Weyerhaeuser, including Senior Counsel - Legal Team Director and Senior Legal Counsel, managing a diverse range of transactional matters from industrial and office acquisitions to timber transactions and contract disputes. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, Ali practiced real estate law at Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt and served as Associate Director at Aegis Realty Partners, focusing on negotiations and strategic advice in corporate real estate. Ali's career began in marketing roles at Sega of America and Cybergold. Ali earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
