Benjamin Flint is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in forestry and natural resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Acquisition & Divestiture at Weyerhaeuser since January 2021, Benjamin has also held various critical roles within the company, including Area Manager and Region Harvest Manager, where responsibilities included leading harvesting operations in the North Washington Region. Prior to this, Benjamin worked as Roads Manager at the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and as Adaptive Management Supervisory Project Manager at Weyerhaeuser. Additional experience includes overseeing road crews and engineering projects, as well as conducting timber harvesting research while serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University.
