Christopher Chapates

Christopher Chapates, MBA, C.Mgr, is an experienced professional in operations management with a strong background in the forest products industry. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager and Technical Director at Weyerhaeuser since September 2021, Christopher previously held significant roles at Tolko Industries, including Operations Systems and Process Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included leading the commissioning of an EWP rip line mill expansion. Additional roles at Tolko included Technical Manager and Technical Process Control Coordinator.
