Dylan Chapman has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources within the corporate environment. Currently serving as a Systems Specialist for Taleo at Weyerhaeuser since June 2014, Dylan focuses on optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, as a Regional Recruiter, recruitment efforts encompassed full cycle hiring across Weyerhaeuser's Western US Region. Before joining Weyerhaeuser, Dylan worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Law Dawgs, Inc., where responsibilities included candidate screening, payroll assistance, and managing job postings. Earlier experience includes a temporary role as a Claims Processor at Garden City Group and an internship as a Legal Assistant at Budigan Law Firm. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
