Lance Miller has over 29 years of experience in the engineered wood products industry, with a significant tenure at Weyerhaeuser since 1994. Currently serving as the EWP Director of Manufacturing, Miller has held various leadership roles including Unit General Manager for both Buckhannon and Simsboro Engineered Lumber Products, as well as Operations Manager for Buckhannon Engineered Wood Products. Prior to these roles at Weyerhaeuser, Miller worked as Operations Manager at Valdosta Engineered Wood Products and has also served as TJI Department Manager and Technical Director. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, with a focus on Wood Science, obtained from West Virginia University.
