Luke Thies

Luke Thies is an experienced environmental professional with a proven track record in project management and remediation. Currently serving as the Remediation Project Manager and Environmental Manager at Weyerhaeuser since May 2018, Luke manages an annual site remediation budget exceeding $800K and oversees consultants to ensure compliance with safety and permit requirements. Previously, Luke held the role of Environmental Technician at Andeavor and gained valuable experience as an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at Trihydro Corporation, where the responsibility consistently increased over five years. Early career experiences include firefighting with the U.S. Forest Service and technical roles in hydrology and soils.
