Ron Pezze

Ron Pezze, RMIC, currently serves as the Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent at Weyerhaeuser, where responsibilities include leading teams in refining, drying, and resin systems within the MDF plant. Previous roles at Weyerhaeuser involved continuous improvement efforts, enhancing safety and operational excellence, and overseeing special projects that significantly boosted throughput and reduced downtime. Prior to this, Ron Pezze served in various capacities in the US Army, including Company Commander, overseeing logistics and training for a 220-person unit, and as a Multinational Liaison Officer during deployment in Afghanistan. Ron Pezze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
