Scot Weeks

Scot Weeks is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Weyerhaeuser since November 2022, where responsibilities include delivering innovative technology solutions aligned with company strategy. Prior to this role, Scot held various positions at Symetra from 2007 to 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President of Information Technology, where Scot led digital transformation initiatives and managed a substantial team across multiple technical disciplines. With a strong foundation in enterprise architecture, Scot has also contributed to significant modernization efforts and technology alignment in previous roles. Scot's early career includes independent consulting in Hyperion technologies and roles focused on financial systems integration. Scot holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Washington.
