Shane Conway

Shane Conway currently serves as Region Manager for Western Timberlands at Weyerhaeuser, a position held since February 2016, after advancing through various leadership roles including Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Finance & Planning. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, Shane Conway contributed to Plum Creek from May 2008 to February 2016, holding roles such as Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Divestitures and Senior Analyst of Acquisitions. Earlier in Shane Conway's career, regional management was undertaken at Runkel Abstract & Title Co. Educational qualifications include a participation in the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2023, a Master’s Degree in Forest Resources from The University of Georgia, an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a Certificate in Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Economics/Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
