Todd Powell has over two decades of experience in real estate and development, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Weyerhaeuser since February 2016. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of General Manager of Real Estate at Plum Creek from July 2006 to February 2016. Todd also worked as VP of Land Acquisitions at WCI Communities from 2004 to 2006 and spent a decade at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager. Todd's educational background includes an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, with additional studies at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
